Savor the flavors of So’o
Roadside Station Sueyoshi (Shikisai Market) along Route 10 opened its doors in December 2005. As well as selling Sueyoshi’s regional specialty Yuzu and products made with Yuzu, the market has an outlet dedicated to selling Kurobuta pork and Kuroge Wagyu, as well as many farm-fresh vegetables, and various processed foods. Restaurant Shikisai on the premises serves a buffet lunch with about 50 varieties of dishes made with an abundance of locally grown natural ingredients. Customers can enjoy the bounty of So’o’s nature from the restaurant’s diverse dinner menu, including the all-you-can-eat Kurobuta pork shabu-shabu.
At Shikisai Market, customers can see the names of the people that produce the vegetables and various processed foods supplied by the Local Farmers’ Council so that they can buy So’o City’s specialties at affordable prices, safely and securely.
